BuyBack+ Promise Return Guide (After 1 Year)
Return your saree easily and securely with our step-by-step process.
This is your choice, not a requirement—return only if you wish to. We offer this because we trust our products and proudly promise to accept them back even after a year.
🔁 Return Eligibility
Return valid after 1 year from the purchase date.
Return accepted only via registered customer login on our website.
Saree must be original Berryta product with visible tag/QR code.
💰 Credit Value
• You will receive up to 50% store credit of your original invoice value.
• A flat 50% labour/deduction cost will be applied on MRP.
🔧 Condition Check
• The saree must be returned in original form with minimal wear.
• If the saree is damaged, stained, torn, or altered, additional deductions will apply, depending on condition.
• Final valuation is done by Berryta’s QC team and is non-negotiable.
💳 Store Credit Only
• Refund will be issued as Berryta Store Credit (valid for 12 months).
• This credit can be used to purchase any Berryta products.
• No cash refund is applicable.
📦 Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Login to Your Berryta Account Visit [www.shop.berryta.com], go to My Account > Orders, and click “Return Under BuyBack+” next to the eligible saree.
2. Return Approval: Our team will verify your return request within 48 hours.
3. Return Kit: Provided at the time of purchase, which contains ✅ Return Courier Bag and after Approval we will send you ✅ Return Label by Mail use it for packing.
Note: The shipping cost will be borne by the customer. You’ll be notified of the courier charges and process.
4. Pack the Saree: Neatly fold the saree, Place it inside the courier bag, Attach the return label provided and Seal the bag properly
5. Ship Back the Product: Drop it at your nearest courier branch or schedule a pickup (if applicable). Use only the approved courier partner as mentioned in the label.
🔍 Post-Return Inspection
After we receive the saree: 50% Store Credit will be issued if the saree is in good condition If damaged, extra deduction will apply based on inspection
Final store credit will be issued within 5-7 working days
