🛍️ Sales Policy

At Berryta, we take pride in offering premium-quality sarees designed to celebrate tradition and elegance. When you shop with us:

  • All products displayed are carefully curated, photographed, and described to ensure clarity and transparency.

  • Every saree is thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

🔁 Return Policy – BuyBack+ Promise

Berryta offers a unique BuyBack+ program, where you can return your saree after 1 year of purchase and receive a partial store credit.

This is your choice, not a requirement—return only if you wish to. We offer this because we trust our products and proudly promise to accept them back even after a year.

✅ Eligibility for BuyBack+

  • Saree returned after 12 months of the original purchase date.

  • Return must be initiated from your registered Berryta account by selecting the saree in your order history and clicking on “Return Under BuyBack+”.

  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

  • Saree must be returned with proper packaging and unboxing video proof (as per shipping policy).

💰 Store Credit Terms

  • Upon successful quality inspection, customers will receive a store credit equivalent to 50% of the original purchase value (labour and styling charges are deducted).

  • If the saree is damaged, stained, torn, or altered, additional deductions will be made based on condition.

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used for any future purchase on www.berryta.com.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees returned before 1 year of purchase.

  • Sarees without a valid Berryta order ID.

  • Sarees returned without unboxing or damage-clear videos.

  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, altered, or mishandled.

💳 Refund Policy

Berryta does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

  • Returns under the BuyBack+ program are eligible for store credit only, not for a bank refund or cash payout.

  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.

  • Store credit will be added to your registered Berryta account within 7–10 working days after return approval.

🔒 Berryta BuyBack+ Service – Hold Policy in Case of Emergencies

At Berryta, we proudly offer a BuyBack+ Promise backed by trust and quality. However, there may be rare situations beyond our control where this service may need to be temporarily placed on hold.

❗ BuyBack+ Service May Be Temporarily Suspended In Case Of:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms, etc.)

  • Pandemics or government lockdowns (such as COVID-19)

  • Riots, strikes, or communal disturbances

  • War or national emergency

  • Any government or administrative restrictions

  • Disruption in logistics or courier services

🔄 When Will the Service Resume?

As soon as the situation returns to normal and courier/logistics services resume, the BuyBack+ service will automatically be reactivated. All pending return requests and credit processes will be fulfilled on priority.
