Colour Disclaimer / Colour Declaration

At Berryta, we take extreme care to match saree colours with maximum accuracy. However, slight colour variations may occur due to the following reasons:

  • Photo shoots conducted in different environments (indoor studio, outdoor, natural sunlight, shade)
  • Edited images for clarity and brightness
  • Different mobile/laptop screen settings and resolutions
  • Varying lighting angles during photography

Because of these unavoidable factors, the colour seen in photos may differ slightly from the actual product.

We assure you that every Berryta saree colour is crafted with precision and will always be premium and beautiful.

If you expect 100% identical colour tone as seen in photos, please consider this before placing an order, as achieving exact screen-matching colours is not always possible.

Minor colour variation is not considered a defect.


Purchase Policy

  1. All products displayed on our website are designed and manufactured by Berryta.
  2. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email/message with complete purchase details.
  3. Payments can be made using secure payment methods available on our website.
  4. Please verify your order details before checkout, as order processing starts immediately after purchase.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided the order has not been shipped.
  2. Once the product is dispatched/shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  3. If you still wish to cancel post-dispatch, you must raise a return request under our return policy.
  4. For approved cancellations made before shipping, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  5. Customized or special-design products are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

Note

  • Berryta reserves the right to cancel any order in case of fraudulent activity, payment failure, or product unavailability.
  • Customers will be informed immediately, and a full refund will be processed.
