🚚 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. International shipping will be available soon.
🕒 Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.
📦 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.
- A standard delivery charge of ₹49 may apply to orders below ₹999.
- Any additional duties or taxes (for special zones or international shipping in the future) will be borne by the customer.
🎥 Unboxing & Delivery Instructions
To ensure transparency and maintain product integrity:
📸 All customers are required to record a clear unboxing video (from package seal to product display).
This video is mandatory in case of:
- Returns under our BuyBack+ program
- Claims for damaged or missing items
- Any quality-related concerns
Without a proper unboxing video, Berryta reserves the right to decline any such request.
🚛 Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities: 3–6 working days
- Non-metro areas: 5–9 working days
- Remote locations: Delivery time may vary based on courier partner availability.
Note: Delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or courier disruptions are beyond our control, but we’ll keep you updated throughout.
Courier Not Received / Return to Warehouse

If, for any reason (such as the customer not being available, incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, etc.), the parcel is not delivered to the customer and is returned to our warehouse:
- The customer must pay re-shipping charges for the parcel to be sent again.
- Order cancellation will not be accepted in such cases.
- The parcel will be re-dispatched only after the re-shipping payment is received.
📦 Order Tracking
- All orders can be tracked via the “Track My Order” section on our website.
- You’ll also receive your tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
❌ Missed Deliveries
If the delivery is attempted and not received:
- Our courier partner will attempt re-delivery up to 2 more times.
- If undelivered, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
- Re-shipping will be possible upon customer request with applicable re-shipping fees.
🛠️ Damaged Packages or Wrong Items
If your package appears tampered with or damaged:
- Do not accept the delivery.
- Inform us immediately with photos and your unboxing video.
- We will initiate a review and arrange replacement or store credit based on our inspection.
